Using TalkLayer

Customers may configure and install website agents only on properties they control. They are responsible for truthful business information, visitor notices, permitted knowledge, tool permissions and lawful use.

Plans and usage

Each plan includes stated website, text-conversation and voice-minute allowances. We intend to show usage before enforcing a limit and to prevent unexpected overage charges unless a customer explicitly enables them.

AI limitations

Generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. TalkLayer provides review, versioning, sources and fallback controls, but customers must choose suitable settings and avoid using the product as an unsupervised authority for high-impact decisions.
